Michael De Leon, Owner

Michael has served as the pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in New Concord, Ohio for the past 14 years. He enjoys studying God's Word and preaching. He explains, "It is essential that people hear the message of the Bible. It is not primarily a book about religion. It is a book about God--Who He is and what He has done. Everyone needs to know what God requires of them and to learn about the incredible deliverance offered in His Son, Jesus Christ."

He and his wife Cassandra have been married for 21 years and have ten children and one with the Lord. They enjoy spending time together as a family, homeschooling, and serving at in the ministry.

Integrity Point Solutions started as a dream a couple of years ago to help meet needs and to begin saving for the children's college expenses. Michael has always enjoyed graphic design and, with over 20 years experience in a church office environment, he is excited to be able to offer his help to other ministries.

Joshua De Leon, Graphic Designer

In his sophomore year of college, Joshua has a unique talent for graphic design and video production. He has assisted his Father in various church office projects and is excited about the opportunities Integrity Point Solutions provides.
